Evergreen. 30 to 60 cm tall. Belt leaf
blade. Strong scape from lateral axil, 50
cm long. Nutant raceme; big flower, yellow
to brown veined. Flowering: Apr to June.
Warm, humid and light tendency. Low
tolerance to shade. Hydrophobous. South to
southeast Tibet. 1300 to 2400 m, forest
meadow, stone. Southwest China. South to
southeast Asia.
